Discovery Call

If your project seems like a good fit, we'll schedule a video call to discuss your business, objectives, timeline, and budget. This conversation is exploratory with no obligation.

Proposal Development

Following our discussion, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. You'll have time to review and ask questions before making any commitment.

Project Kickoff

Once you approve the proposal, we schedule a kickoff meeting to begin the discovery phase. This marks the official start of our collaboration.

Visit Our Studio

While most of our work happens remotely, we maintain a Vancouver studio for in-person consultations and presentations. Visits are by appointment only.

Our space is located in the Gastown district, accessible by transit via the Waterfront SkyTrain station. Street parking is available nearby, and we're within walking distance of several parking facilities.

If you're based outside Vancouver, we're experienced at conducting projects entirely through video calls and digital collaboration tools. Geographic distance doesn't limit our ability to deliver excellent work.

How long does a typical project take?

A complete brand identity system typically requires 6 to 8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Smaller projects like business collateral can be completed in 3 to 4 weeks. Rush timelines are sometimes possible for an additional fee.

Do you work with clients outside Canada?

Yes, we've successfully completed projects for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Time zone differences are manageable with proper scheduling.

What if we need revisions?

Each project includes structured revision rounds built into the timeline. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope can be added for an hourly fee if needed.

Can we see examples of past work?

During our discovery call, we share relevant case studies that align with your industry or project type. Some client work is confidential, but we maintain a portfolio of projects we can discuss.

What file formats will we receive?

You receive all source files in editable formats plus high-resolution exports optimized for various uses. Specific formats depend on your project scope but typically include AI, PDF, PNG, and SVG files.

Do you offer payment plans?

Projects are typically billed in phases: 50% deposit to begin, 25% at midpoint, and 25% upon completion. Alternative payment structures can be discussed for larger projects.
